Important Note of Venue Usage
We love celebrating birthdays and creating memorable experiences for children! However, due to URA land-use regulations, our Creativity Centre at Upper Thomson is not approved for hosting birthday parties open to the general public.
That said, we are still able to support private, invited-only celebrations and off-site party arrangements. Please contact us to discuss suitable options.

Common Questions about our Parties & Events!
Super easy. Just fill in the Contact Us form with your requirements and one of our awesome staff members will follow up with you! We’ll discuss your party needs, confirm the time and date with you, and then issue you an invoice for a deposit. Once we’ve received your deposit, your preferred time and date is secured – that’s it! Final numbers and payment will be due one week prior to the party.
We host AWESOME parties for kids from five years old and above, if all of the guests attending are five or older! Our party activities are not suitable for children under five years of age.
As the centre is not licensed to provide catering, parents are required to make their own food arrangements. This also allows families to better cater to:
- Children’s dietary preferences
- Food allergies or medical conditions
- Assurance of food quality, sourcing, and hygiene
Please note that our Upper Thomson (12 Jalan Kuras) venue is not permitted to be used as a public birthday party venue, in accordance with local planning regulations.
However, we are able to support LEGO®-based enrichment activities conducted as part of our programmes. Any celebratory element is limited and secondary to the structured activity.
That just means more creativity in the room!
Each additional child beyond the package size is $50 per child.
